Ordering

- After choosing the items of your preference, you'll find them display in the Shopping Bag page.
- In order to complete your order and proceed with the checkout you will be asked to create an account.
- Shipping costs will be added to your order accordingly to the delivery address provided by you.

Shipping

Artizity agrees to ship all ordered goods within 3 business days after the payment of the goods is received.

Please notice that all items are made to order specially for you. If you are in hurry with your order - please contact our customer service hello@artizity.com and we will find a solution for you.

Delivery is made by DHL, TNT, FedEx or DPD. All parcels are shipped from Lithuania. We will e-mail you a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

Delivery

Lithuania 2 – 3 working days. EU 3 – 6 working days. The estimated delivery times above are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Please note, the shipping as stated above include all taxes, duties or import fees in European Union countries. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
